Delete your Fablyos account

For the Fablyos website (fablyos.com) and the Fablyos Android app.

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent: nobody, including us, can bring it back.

Sign in and open the Library.
Press Account.
Under Delete account, enter your password, type DELETE, and press Delete my account.

Can't sign in?

Email support@fablyos.com from the email address on your account, or tell us your username, and ask us to delete the account. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it's done. If we can't confirm the account is yours we may ask a question only the owner could answer.

What is deleted

Your account: username, email address, password hash, the month and year of birth you gave, and your settings.
Every story and save point, and the encryption keys that protect them.
Worlds you built, uploaded or copied, including copies you shared in the catalog, and their cover pictures.
Story covers and any other pictures stored for you on our server.
Reports and feedback you sent us, including any story text in them.
Your sign-ins on every device.

Pictures kept on your devices live in the browser's storage there (in the Android app, Chrome's storage for fablyos.com), not on our server. Deleting from this page or the Library clears them on the device you delete from; on any other device, clear fablyos.com's site data in that browser.

What we keep, and for how long

Security and sign-in records, and safety logs (when content was blocked and why, never the content): up to 12 months, then deleted. A record that an account was suspended for safety reasons is kept.
Usage and spending totals, used for billing and planning: kept as daily totals.

These records carry the number that identified your account (and, for security records, the IP address used), not your username, email or stories. We also keep anything the law requires us to keep or report (Privacy Policy, Section 8).
